Vocational Evaluation is a comprehensive process which provides objective, defensible reports that include expert opinions about a client’s realistic vocational potential and overall employability by identifying an individual’s abilities, skills, talents, interests, personality and potential and how these characteristics correspond with the labour market.
The goal of a Vocational Evaluation is to provide practical recommendations to referring agents. Our team members who have received their Canadian Certified Vocational Evaluator designation (through the College of Vocational Rehabilitation Professionals), have passed a national certification examination, as well as a peer review of methodology in transferrable skills, analysis and vocational assessment, and have demonstrated competence in vocational evaluation, planning, standardized testing, and assessment techniques.
