A Transferable Skills Analysis (TSA) is an analysis conducted to assist in identifying suitable alternative occupational options.
The TSA involves an interview with the client to obtain information regarding their past education, work experience, personal characteristics and occupational interests.
Using the National Occupational Classification (NOC), the individual’s overall demonstrated composite aptitude levels, vocational interests and characteristics are determined by the specific skills that he/she has acquired in past employment.
